                                                       Adjectives

We can compare two people, animals, places or things using
                      adjectives. For example,

Nitin is tall. A grasshopper is small.

Tina is taller than Nitin. An ant is smaller than a grasshopper.

The dog is young. The doughnut is sweet.

The puppy is younger. The cake is sweeter.

We use the er form of an adjective when we compare two people,
                          animals or things.
