                       Read the story.

Once upon a time, there was a greedy lion. One by one, he ate up the
animals of the forest. All the animals decided that each day one animal

would go to the lion as his food. The lion agreed.

One day, it was a rabbit’s turn. He reached the lion’s den just before sunset.

              The lion was angry.

He asked him, ‘Why are you so late?’

The rabbit answered, ‘I was attacked by another lion.’

The lion was extremely angry. He asked the rabbit to take him to meet the
other lion. The rabbit took the lion to a deep well. The lion peeped into

the well and saw his own reflection. The lion growled. The lion in the well
growled back at him. This made him angry. He jumped into the well to

attack the other lion. The rabbit ran to the jungle to give the good news.
