                                               Time to study language

Sometimes, we talk about actions that will happen at a later time. For example,

          • It will rain today.

          • I will wear the raincoat tomorrow.

The highlighted words tell us that the actions will happen in the future.

The will + verb form is in the simple future tense.

Complete these sentences with the will + verb form of the words in the brackets.

          1. I (watch) the match in the evening.

                                              Time to learn new words

Sometimes, we add two words to make a new word. For example,

          • rain + coat = raincoat

          • gum + boots = gumboots
