I nodded. I had to agree with him. It was the truth. ‘But your grandfather needs friends at
a time like this. I will get some of our friends to visit. As soon as I can,’ he said. I thanked
him. I told him not to bother.
True to his word, he sent three men along. They arrived one by one. Each of them
brought a gift. Four men, all talking at the same time made a big noise. Grandpa was
telling his friends about his night in the tree. Then, the three men left.
