                Read the following conversation between Malini and her younger cousin, Gopal.

                Malini: Hey Gopal, have you ever considered trying yoga to stay fit and focussed?


                Gopal: Yoga? Isn’t that just stretching and bending?

                Malini: It’s much more than that! Yoga combines physical postures with breathing
                exercises and meditation. It helps strengthen your body, improve flexibility, and calm

                your mind.

                Gopal: Hmm, I’ve never thought about it like that. How does meditation fit in?

                Malini: Meditation is a key aspect of yoga. It helps reduce stress, enhance concentration,

                and promote overall well-being. Trust me, Gopal, incorporating yoga and meditation
                into your routine can do wonders for your health and focus!


                Gopal seriously thinks about what Malini shared and tries meditation. He finds that it
                helps him concentrate better, reduce thoughts of worry and keeps him calm even when
