360-Degree Holistic Progress Card

National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 emphasises the importance of holistic learning for learners. It calls
for a curriculum that is ‘child-centred, holistic, multidisciplinary, and outcome-based’. It also calls for a focus
on ‘life skills’, such as critical thinking, problem-solving and creativity.

Holistic Progress Card is an attempt to actively involve parents in their child’s holistic education and
development. It will include self-assessment and peer assessment, along with teacher assessment. So, it will
form an important link between home and school.
