                     y   Statement: The rose smells sweet.
                         Exclamation: How sweet the rose smells!

                     y   Exclamation: If only we could meet!
                         Statement: I wish we could meet.


                     y   Statement: I am sorry I missed the chance.
                         Exclamation: Alas! I missed the chance.


                  F.  Transform the exclamations into statements and vice versa.

                       1.  How beautiful the lady is!

                       2.  I wish I were present in the meeting.

                       3.  This night is very beautiful.

                       4.  The film is really very fine.

                       5.  Hooray! We are going on a picnic.
