              Reply to Formal Official Invitation
              1.  It is an essential courtesy to reply to an invitation.
              2.  The layout of a reply to a formal invitation is also formal, like the invitation. The
                  reply is written in the third person. The salient points in the reply to a formal
                  invitation are:
                  •  Acknowledging the invitation
                  •  Mention of acceptance/refusal (it is essential to give a reason for refusing an
                     invitation)
                  •  Use of warm and simple language
